Nikol completed the Järvi Academy 2023. Hundreds of candidates apply to the academy each year, and only 18 of them are selected. Under the guidance of Paavo, Neeme Kristjan Järvi, and Leonid Grin, Nikol studied works by Sibelius, Gounod, Mozart, Debussy, Pärt, and others.
In December 2023, Nikol participated in a selective masterclass with Marin Alsop focused on Igor Stravinsky’s “The Rite of Spring.”
